That is all that is known. In Other News: - A lot of BMX track web sites are seen going 404ed-Closed as lots of BMX track web sites are defaulting to a sub-site page on the ABA-USA BMX site. A nice idea, but a bad one at the same time as lots of web sites out side of the BMX community are un-listing most web site domain names that default to other web sites and pages and lots of ISP`s are blocking domain names that default to other web sites and pages as away to help battle spam on the web. -- So, by defaulting a BMX track web site domain name it can make for less exposure of a BMX track on the web. * Richland Partners With Community To Improve Parks. Richland, Washington USA -- 05/15/2013 Richland is using a team effort improve city parks, by working with private groups, money is going twice as far. When Richland has extra cash, it shares. This year the city dished out 20 thousand in grant funds. Money that will improve parks. Matching cash kicked in by private donors. Shawn Meininger runs the track for Columbia Basin BMX. Its not your ordinary park. Keeping riders safe is the top priority. Using this matching money, the park will get new starting gates, among other improvements. * Park Improvements On The Way For Richland. Richland, Washington USA -- 05/04/2012 Some major park improvements are coming to Richland thanks to the Parks Partnership Program. The major projects are a new shaded area for the Richland dog park and track improvements to the Columbia Basin BMX track. Both projects cost about five grand. * Gas Prices Tough For BMX Riders. Richland, Washington USA -- 05/02/2011 Gas prices average about $3.88 in the Tri-Cities and that bill seems to be guzzling just about everyone. BMX biking one sport thats taking a hit. The owner of Columbia Basin BMX track says the Tri-Cities has a pretty decent size BMX community, but the gas prices have made racing challenging for most and impossible for many. 
 Columbia Basin BMX Directions ( Click On Map For Google Map Page ) Address: Columbia Basin BMX - 2002 Snyder St Richland WA 99354 Directions: Horn Rapids Athletic Complex, Richland, WA 99352 - Hwy 240 and Robertson Road The BMX track is located about 1/4 mile out of town on Robertson Road, off Highway 240. It is in the Horn Rapids Athletic Complex, a 4-field softball complex. From the freeway, exit into Richland and take the Bi Pass highway which heads towards Hanford. You will travel around the city of Richland for about 5 miles, after about 4 or 5 stop lights, you want to turn left on Highway 240 towards Vantage (it is the light after the airport exit light, and the left turn lane is left turn only). You will go over some railroad tracks then the next road you come to is Robertson Road. You turn right on this road. Then turn the first right into the parking lot. You will see a trailer on the east side of the parking lot.
